1. Right to Return

At GuitarBuddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

2. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@guitarbuddy.nl with your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the product.

  3. Packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, if applicable.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products created specifically for you.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error.
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital goods (e.g., music sheets, e-books, etc.).
  • Hygiene-related products if the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., earplugs).

6. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at hello@guitarbuddy.nl. The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process, and you will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will ship the exchanged product after receiving and inspecting the original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@guitarbuddy.nl with photos of the damaged or defective product and your order number.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
